SEBM is an emergent boat manufacturing company based in the Philippines. With a passion for the community and a commitment to craftsmanship, we take pride in designing and constructing quality boats that meet the diverse needs of the fishing community.
Founded in 2022, SEBM is dedicated to shining light onto the stories of every fisherman through its boats. These stories emphasize the Filipino virtues of hard and honorable work, joyful spirits, and resiliency.

About
Carlex is a former sales executive at Nestlé Philippines, where he worked for 30 years.
He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos in Cebu, Philippines.
Currently, he is actively pursuing his passion of creating livelihood projects in his community, especially his coastal birth place of Surigao City.
Through SEBM, he hopes to help in the development of the fishing industries in the Philippines—may it be through manufacturing quality boats for fishing or sharing helpful and creative insights with the locals.
